This contest, “Guess Your Marks”, is conducted by Target Learning Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and is open to students appearing for Maharashtra Board SSC (Class 10) and HSC (Class 12) examinations.
The contest allows participants to predict their final board percentage before the official results are declared, and from among the participants with exact matching predictions, 10 winners will be selected from HSC and 10 winners will be selected from SSC, each receiving ₹10,000.
Participation in this contest is completely free and does not require any purchase or payment of any kind.
Participants must provide accurate details including name, class, seat number, and phone number at the time of entry.
Only one entry per participant is allowed, and multiple entries may lead to disqualification.
All entries must be submitted 1 day before the official declaration of Maharashtra Board results, after which entries will be closed.
Winners will be selected strictly from participants whose predicted percentage exactly matches their official board result.
If the number of exact matches exceeds 10, 10 lucky winners will be selected from this pool using a fair and random selection method.
For the purpose of winner selection, the final percentage considered will be the official marksheet percentage, including ‘Best of 5’ calculation and any applicable grace marks.
If fewer than 10 exact matches are available, the Company reserves the right to modify winner selection criteria or prize distribution.
Winners will be announced on the website on the next day of the official result declaration at 10:00 AM.
Winners will be contacted using the registered phone number for verification and prize processing.
Winners must provide valid proof of identity and official result documents to claim the prize.
Failure to respond within the specified time or failure to provide valid proof may result in disqualification.
Any participant found providing false information, attempting multiple entries, or manipulating the system will be disqualified.
By participating, users agree that their name and prediction may be displayed publicly on the platform/s, including social media and winner announcements.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Company shall not be held responsible for technical issues, incorrect entries, delays in board result announcements, or any loss arising from participation.
This contest is a free promotional activity and does not involve any element of gambling, or chance-based betting.
